The Author is a Brig (Retd) and Former DG NAB Officer, he served in Army for twenty eight years as an aviator and later joined NAB from where he retired after thirteen years of service. He is presently chairman Board of Directors Accountability Lab Pakistan, Deputy Chairman Pakistan Procurement Association, Chairman PSQCA on Standards, represents Pakistan ISO. Committees and Chief Operating Officer RCS Pvt. Ltd. Pakistan.
