As Regional Head, one of the critical responsibilities is to manage and optimize the rider acquisition budget allocation strategy. Additionally, there is a need to oversee the automation and digitalization of the rider onboarding process to ensure high-quality standards, conversion rates, and reduced lead times, responsible for customer acquisition, and implementing sales targets and goals.
He ensures verification of riders, roster management, internal control, fraud & dispute management, etc. The role requires sound decision-making skills, strategic thinking, and operations and team management expertise. These skills will enable success in building and maintaining an efficient and effective rider supply chain across different regions.
There is a need to devise new strategies to generate oversupply for business growth. Collaborating with other teams to ensure market efficiencies in product roll-outs and scaling and building processes to enhance rider experience while reducing early churn is also a key task.

Q. Can you tell us about your role and responsibilities as the Regional Head at Futafut?
Ans. As Regional Head, my responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-head day operations of the region, managing the team of riders and ensuring efficient and timely delivery of orders to customers, and managing the retailer’s onboarding process to successfully meet targets. Also, ensuring that it provides excellent service to retailers by the Regional Team.
Q. Can you tell us more about the vendor onboarding process at Futafut?
Ans. The Retailer’s onboarding process at Futafut is designed to be straight-forward. Retailers can apply to sell on our platform through the mobile app. Once they have submitted their application, our team reviews it and conducts a verification and documentation process to ensure that the vendor is a legitimate business entity.
Once the Retailers have been verified and commercials are locked, they can start uploading their products onto the platform and start selling.

Ans. Customer trust is key to driving loyalty and business success. To earn it, companies must understand and respect their customers and provide relevant, personalized experiences.
Q. What is the real impact of Food Deliveries?
Ans. Food deliveries are now huge and have created a new social habit, offering a convenient way for customers to eat their favorite food in the comfort of their homes. Futafut opened up a new revenue stream for restaurants, providing additional ways to sell their products and reach more customers.
Q. How do you ensure the safety and security of customers and their orders during the delivery process?
Ans. We take the safety and security of our customers and their orders very seriously. We only hire verified and trained riders who undergo background checks as per process and extensive training on safe and efficient delivery practices. Just as a regular food worker should get food handler certification for their job, delivery drivers need proper training.
