Understanding the Christian Zionism

The Real Threat to World Peace

Introduction

Donald Trump, the US president recently announced his decision to shift the US Embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. This unjust decision is against the UN resolutions and the stance of community of nations across the globe and has created turbulence among the peace-loving people across the globe. The terrorists of ISIS/ Daesh and Al-Qaida are criticised for using religion for political gains and power but the same analogy applies to the so-called secular democracy the USA – for supporting Zionism on religious grounds.

His own national security team opposed the decision but for many white evangelical Christians, 81 percent of whom voted for Trump, it was great news. According to a recent poll released by the Brookings Institution, 53 percent of American evangelicals supported Trump’s decision, while only 40 percent opposed it. (Sixty-three percent of all Americans opposed the decision.)

The policies of the lone super power and the country with the largest Christian population has direct effect on world peace. Any mischievous group through conspiracies and wickedness should riot be given a free hand to use his giant nation as a tool to implement their heinous agenda of world domination.

Therefore, there is need to analyses the Zionist claims from the Bible, its validity in present environment in the light of UN Charter of human rights, US internal social, politico-religious dynamics and its role in the Middle East. This may make this world a better, peaceful place for humanity.

USA-The Largest Christian Nation

The United States has the largest Christian population in the world with nearly 280 million Christians, although other countries have higher percentages of Christians among their populations. Though a secular country by constitution, the religious tilt is obvious in support of Zionism. Christians make up 75% in the United States, about 62% of those polled claim to be members of a church congregation. All Protestant denominations accounted for 51.3%, while the Catholic Church by itself at 23.9% was the largest individual denomination. A 2008 Pew study categorizes white evangelical Protestants, 26 .3% of the population, as the country’s largest religious cohort; another study in 2004 estimates evangelical Protestants of all races at 30-35%. The United Methodist Church is the third largest church in the United States, and is the largest mainline denomination. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons) is the fourth largest church in the United States, and the largest church originating in the U.S.(Wiki).

According to Biblical interpretations which are controversial among the Christians, there will be a battle of Armageddon before end times in Palestine [now Israel] where all Jews will be gathered, Jesus Christ will return, all forces of evil destroyed, Jews accept Jesus as their Lord, those who do not will perish. To has ten the arrival of Jesus, Fundamentalists, Zionist Christians support state of Israel. Let us try to u.1derstand some related terminology:

Terminologies

Some terminologies used by Zionists to support their clams need to be understood:

Christian Eschatology

It is a major branch of study with in Christian theology dealing with the “last things.” It is the study of ‘end things’, whether the end of an individual life, the end of the age, the end of the world and the nature of the Kingdom of God. Broadly speaking, Christian eschatology is the study concerned with the ultimate destiny of the individual soul and the entire created order, based primarily upon biblical texts within the Old and New Testament. Christian eschatology looks to study and discuss matters such as death and the afterlife, Heaven and Hell, the Second Coming of Jesus, the resurrection of the dead, the Rapture, the Tribulation, Millennialism, the end of the world, the Last Judgment, and the New Heaven and New Earth in the world to come. Eschatological passages are found in many places in the Bible, both in the Old and the New Testaments. There are also many extra biblical examples of eschatological prophecies, as well as church traditions.

Armageddon

The idea that a final Battle of Armageddon will be fought at Tel Megiddo has had a wide influence, especially in the US, Ronald Reagan was an adherent of “Armageddon theology” and “seemed to blend his political analysis with his Armageddon theology quite naturally.” The later Republicans and Neocons, even Bush are accused of being under influence of this doctrine.

According to the Book of Revelation in the New Testament of the Bible, Armageddon is the prophesied location of a gathering of armies for a battle during the end times, variously interpreted as either a literal or a symbolic location. The term is also used in a generic sense to refer to any end of the world scenario. Megiddo is mentioned twelve times in the Old Testament, ten times in reference to the ancient city of Megiddo, and twice with reference to “the plain of Megiddo”, most probably simply meaning “the plain next to the city”. None of these Old Testament pas sages describe the city of Megiddo as being associated with any particular prophetic beliefs. The one New Testament reference to the city of Armageddon found in Revelations 16:16 in fact also makes no specific mention of any armies being predicted to one day gather in this city, but instead seems to predict only that “they (will gather) the kings together to Armageddon”. The text does however seem to imply, based on the text from the earlier passage of Revelation 16:14, that the purpose of this gathering of kings in the “place called Armageddon” is “for the war of the great day of God, the Almighty”. Because of the seemingly highly symbolic and even cryptic language of this one New Testament passage, some Christian scholars conclude that Mount Armageddon must be an idealized location.

There are no mountains of Megiddo, only the Plains of Megiddo. This is a deliberate destruction of the vision of any liter al reference to the place. Other scholars, including C. C. Torrey, Kline and Jordan argue that the word is derived from the Hebrew moed (מוֹעֵד), meaning “assembly”. Thus, “Armageddon ” would mean “Mountain of Assembly,” which Jordan says is “a reference to the assembly at Mount Sinai, and to its replacement, Mount Zion.”

Har Magedon is the symbol of every battle in which, when the need is greatest and believers are oppressed, the Lord suddenly reveals His power in the interest of His distressed people and defeats the enemy. “Mount” Tel Megiddo is not actually a mountain, but a tel/ hill. Megiddo was the location of various ancient battles, including one in the 15th century BC and one in 609 BC. Modern Megiddo is a town approximately 25 miles (40 km) west southwest of the southern tip of the Sea of Galilee in the Kishon River area in Israel.

Dispensationalism

The Dispensational viewpoint interprets biblical prophecy literally and expects that the fulfillment of prophecy will also be literal, depending upon the context of scripture. Some scholars consider Armageddon as a campaign and not a specific battle which will be fought in the Middle East.

Prophesies

Over the past 2000 years, there have been thousands of prophecies anticipating a future world shaking event, many are based on an interpretation of religious scriptures. They typically describe an event to occur at a specific date in the future that would completely change the world. In some of the more remarkable cases, the expectation is that most or all human life on Earth would be wiped out, perhaps all life. All such predictions, so far, have failed miserably and one can expect more predictions and more failures in the foreseeable future. Many such prophecies capture the imagination of a large number of people who trust the prophecies and suffer high anxiety, as the appointed day approaches. In some recent cases, some people committed suicide in order to have control over their death and to prevent having to go through a horrible experience causing to their death.

Popular End Time Prophecies

o “About the time of the end, a body of men will be raised up who will turn their attention to the prophecies, and insist upon their literal interpretation, in the midst of much clam or and opposition. ” Sir Isaac Newton (1643-1727 CE), for example, 1 predicted that the end of the world will occur about the year 2060 CE.

o “The prophecies are unintelligible to the ungodly but intelligible to those who are proper! instructed.” Blaise Pascal (1623-1662 CE) 2

o “The Earth is degenerating today. Bribery and corruption abound. Children no longer obey their parents, every man wants to write a book, and it is evident that the end of the world is fast approaching.” Allegedly, this came ‘rom an Assyrian tablet, written circa 2800 BCE. However, an almost identical message was said to have appeared as graffiti on a wall in Pompeii which was buried under ash during an eruption of the Vesuvius volcano in 79 CE.

o “But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but [only] the Father.” (Gospel of Mark 13:32). It is attributed to yeshua of Nazareth (a.k.a. Jesus Christ). It may be noted that the passage specifically states that nobody knew the hour and day back on about the year 70 CE when the 3ospel of Mark was written. Yet, many biblical interpreters believe at it implies that only God the father knows the date of “the end” today. Others speculate that all three persons in the Trinity, the angels and some humans today. Have learned the time of the end. also, just because people don’t know the day and hour, the statement does not preclude others ‘lowing the week, month, and year. So, the statement can be interpreted in many ways.

Evangelist Christians & Neo Conservatives [Neocons]

Evangelicals are basically protestants who believe that each individual has a need for spiritual rebirth and personal commitment to Jesus Christ as savior through faith in his atoning death on the cross (Commonly, although not necessarily through a specific conversion experience). They emphasize strict orthodoxy on cardinal doctrines, morals, especially on the authority of the Bible. They reject the official interpretation of dogma by the Roman Catholic Church. Many Evangelicals follow a traditional, pre critical interpretation of the Bible and insist on its inerrancy (freedom from error in history as well as in faith and morals). They may be considered as Christian Fundamentalists.

The influential, pro-Israel Evangelical Christians in the United States believe that until the ancient land of Israel is restored to the Jews in the holy land, the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, and therefore Armageddon, will not occur. According to this dogma, until these events take place, good Christian will not be raised to the Kingdom of Heaven. This doctrine goes to the very foundation of the state of Israel. and the open-ended support it receives from the United States. they enter the realm of politics. The Neocons have also been lured in, so this politically powerful lobby in USA has been made to serve the Jewish cause well.

Why Evangelical Christians Support Israel?

In general, evangelicals are people who believe in the absolute authority of the Bible (literally), in salvation through Jesus, and in the need to spread the gospel. People who identify as evangelicals internalize those three things to different levels, we may consider them cultural evangelicals. For the evangelical community, the status of Israel is very important because of the way they understand the end of time, they are about 33% of the American evangelical population, which is about 15 million people. These people believe that there will be a millennium in the future, a golden age where Christ reigns on Earth and they believe that before Christ will return there will be a tribulation where Christ defeats evil. There will be natural disasters and wars, and perhaps an Antichrist, as the book of Revelations notes. Then at the end of that period, the people of the Mosaic covenant, including the Jews, will convert. Then after their conversion, the great millennium starts. Those who don’t believe they will be wiped out and sent to hell. They are using politics is a means to achieve their religious goal.

The establishment of Israel is like dream come true for the evangelists because the gathering of all the Jews in exile to the Holy Land is a prerequisite for all of these events unfolding. So, for the subset of evangelicals in the 20th century, support for Israel became a very important political position. The sense of a greater Israel and expansionism is really important to this community. Jerusalem is just central to that. It’s viewed as a historical and biblical capital.

Although the Christian prophecy implies the destruction of Jews who do not convert, yet the Zionist Jews justify their alliance with fundamentalist Christians! The Zionist Jews are secular not religious so they are happy to get political support of Zionist Christians to meet their goals.

Religious Jews opposed to Zionism

However, the religious Jews were always unhappy that the founding generation wasn’t really motivated by a religious under standing of the Jewish people in the world. That’s something that evangelicals in USA share. They support Israel for religious, not secular reasons.

The religious Jewish people have their own theology of the end times. There is an understanding that the Messiah will come, but it won’t be a second coming of the sort Christians believe in. The alliance of Zionist Jews and Zionist Christians is an alliance based on political expediency.

Trump-The Modern Cyrus the Great?

The Zionist Christians and Jews have started to compare Trump to Persian King Cyrus, who built the Third Jewish Temple 2,500 years ago. Trump is seen as an instrument of God, to fulfill their plan to build the Third Temple on the Temple Mount where the Al-Aqsa Mosque currently stands. This could have consequences disastrous to world peace. The US vetoed Security Council Resolution against its recognition of Jerusalem as capital of Israel, then the General Assembly overwhelmingly rejected Trump’s stance with 128 votes.

The Jews have used their power and influence not only to establish the state of Israel but the continuous suppression of Palestinians, the main threat to the world peace. The European Jews could have given land in Europe to redress the atrocities Christian West had committed against them for centuries. Creating Israel was an act of blatant colonization, oppression and violation of all international rules and customs.

Israeli Demography

Zionism is the heart of existence of Israel based upon the religious grounds, the promise of land to Abraham and his descendants. The justification or fallacy of this religious or biblical claim can be found from the present Israeli population demography and statistics. The State of Israel has a population of approximately 8.5 million. 74.8% percent are Jews (about 6.4 million), 20.8% are Arab (about 1.7 million) while the remaining 4.4% (about 0.38 million) are defined as “others”. There are three sub-groups: non-Haredi (non-religious) Jews around 63.3% of the population, Haredi (religious) Jews (11.7%), and Arabs (20.7%). The 63% Jews are secular, 20% atheist and only 11.7 Haredi Jews (Orthodox religious) who are against Zionism being in conflict with Torah. 31% Jews migrated from Europe (Israel Central Bureau of Statistics), they are mostly Ashkenazi Jews, descendants of 8, 9th century Khazaria Jewish empire of converted Jews with no racial link with Abraham or his descendants.

In 1947, before the partition of Palestine there were 1.3 million Palestinians and 0.63 million Jews in Palestine (mostly immigrants not locals). In 1947, Palestine was partitioned by the United Nations, the ill-equipped Arabs could not stand to the well-trained Zionist forces of terror hardened in the 2nd World War. By 1948, Zionists had captured 75% of Palestine. The Palestinians were expelled from their homes in distress. In 1947, the Jews owned only 6% land in Palestine but by the time the state was established it had confiscated 90% of the land. Later (1967, 1973) Israelis extended their occupation to the West Bank, Gaza, Golan Heights and even part of Lebanon.

The Thirteenth Tribe & Khazaria Empire

The ‘right of return’ is a founding principle of Israel. This implies that the Jews who have settled in the Zionist state are the descendants of the original twelve Israeli tribes who went into exile and for centuries lived in the Diaspora. A further inference is that most of the Jews living in Israel and elsewhere are Semites descended from ancestors who came from the Middle East. But what if most Jews today are not of Semitic stock at all? How would this affect their claim to be the ‘chosen people’ with a claim to the Promised Land? These are some of the questions raised by Arthur Koestler in his remarkable book “The Thirteenth Tribe”. Written in 1976, it has been out of print since 1982. [Koestler himself a Jew and at one time an active Zionist].

The author mentions that around 740 C.E something remarkable happened in Khazaria (northern Caucasus region, Central Eurasia): its ruler and his immediate family and court converted to Judaism. Jewish Kingdom] [Medieval Historians have long speculated on the reasons for this seemingly bizarre decision. The consensus is that since the empire was located between the Muslim Caliphate and Christian Byzantium, the Kagan sought to shield his people and his kingdom from the ideological pull of either power centre by opting for an older and much respected faith. An additional factor in his calculus might have been the presence of many Jews in his kingdom who had fled persecution in Christian lands.

In their three centuries of decline. many Khazar tribes migrated westwards into East Europe. especially to Hungary. Poland and Lithuania. When Genghis Khan’s Golden Horde broke apart in the 14th century, the anarchy its disintegration spread forced many settled Khazars to move westwards for a living. Soon the steppes were emptied of farmers and craftsmen. Colonies were established in Russia and in other East European lands. The fact that as early as 1267, a Papal legate decreed that Jews should not be permitted to construct more than one synagogue per town indicates their growing numbers in Europe. It is Koestler’s thesis and he is supported by many scholars that most European. American and Israeli Jews today are descendants of the Khazars and not the original twelve tribes.

In a concluding appendix, Koestler writes: “While this book deals with past history. it unavoidably carries certain implications for the present and future (and) it may be maliciously misinterpreted as as a denial of the State of Israel’s right to exist” He goes on to say, quite correctly: “Whether the chromosomes of its people contain genes of Khazar or Semitic, Roman or Spanish origin. is irrelevant. And cannot affect Israel’s right to exist nor the moral obligation of any civilized person. Gentile or Jew. To defend that right” However, having acquired their state, Zionists cannot really claim to be the ‘chosen people’, and occupy Palestinian lands on that basis. As we have seen, far too many have descended from the 13th Tribe for them to lay claim to all the Promised Land, writes Irfan Husain, in his article “The Promised Land & the ‘Thirteenth Tribe”.

Palestinians Relationship with the Jewish people

A number of pre-Mandatory Zionists, from Ahad Ha’am and Ber Borochov to David Ben-Gurion and Yitzhak Ben Zvi thought of the Palestinian peasant population as descended from the ancient biblical Hebrews, but this belief was disowned when its ideological implications became problematic. Ahad Ha’am believed that:

“The Moslems [of Palestine] are the ancient residents of the Land who became Christians on the rise of Christianity and became Moslems on the arrival of Islam.”

Israel Belkind, the founder of the Bilu movement also asserted that the Palestinian Arabs were the blood brothers of the Jews. Ber Borochov, one of the key ideological architects of Marxist Zionism, claimed as early as 1905 that, “The Fellahin in Eretz-Israel are the descendants of remnants of the Hebrew agricultural community,” believing them to be descendants of the ancient Hebrew- residents ‘together with a small admixture of Arab blood'”. He further believed that the Palestinian peasantry would embrace Zionism and that the lack of a crystallized national consciousness among Palestinian Arabs would result in their likely assimilation into the new Hebrew nationalism, and that Arabs and Jews would unite in class struggle. David Ben-Gurion and Yitzhak Ben Zvi, later becoming Israel’s first Prime Minister and second President, respectively, suggested in a 1918 paper written in Yiddish that Palestinian peasants and their mode of life were living historical testimonies to Israelite practices in the biblical period. Tamari notes that “the ideological implications of this claim became very problematic and were soon with-drawn from circulation.” Salim Tamari notes the paradoxes produced by the search for “nativist” roots among these Zionist figures, particularly the Canaanist followers of Yonatan Ratosh, who sought to replace the “old” diasporic Jewish identity with a nationalism that embraced the existing residents of Palestine.

In his book on the Palestinians, “The Arabs in Eretz-lsrael”, Belkind advanced the idea that the dispersion of Jews out of the Land of Israel after the destruction of the Second Temple by the Roman emperor Titus is a “historic error” that must be corrected. While it dispersed much of the land’s Jewish community around the world, those “workers of the land that remained attached to their land,” stayed behind and were eventually converted to Christianity and then Islam. He therefore, proposed that this historical wrong be corrected by embracing the Palestinians as their own and proposed the opening of Hebrew schools for Palestinian Arab Muslims to teach them Arabic, Hebrew and universal culture. Tsvi Misinai, an Israeli researcher, entrepreneur and proponent of a controversial alternative solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, asserts that nearly 90% of all Palestinians living within Israel and the occupied territories (including Israel’s Arab citizens and Negev Bedouin) are descended from the Jewish Israelite peasantry that remained on the land, after the others, mostly city dwellers, were exiled or left. This stalls the Zionist Jewish claim that the Holy Land belongs to them.

Protocols of Zion

The Protocols purport to document the minutes of a late 19th-century meeting of Jewish leaders dis cussing their goal of global Jewish hegemony. Their proposals to engender such include subverting the morals of the Gentile world, controlling the world’s economies and controlling the press. The Protocols is still widely available today on the Internet and in print in numerous languages. The document reveals through the mouths of the Jewish leaders a variety of plans. For example, the Protocols include plans to subvert the morals of the non-Jewish world, plans for Jewish bankers to control the world’s economies, plans for Jewish control of the press, and ultimately plans for the destruction of civilization. The document consists of twenty four “protocols”.

The text was translated into several languages and widely disseminated in the early part of the twentieth century. Henry Ford published the text in The International Jew, and it was widely distributed in the United States. In 1921, a series of articles printed in The Times claimed the text as forged. The document ‘The Protocols of the Elders of Zion’ surfaced in the Russian Empire, and was first published in 1903. The condensed outline of Protocols may help to understand unfolding of a plan:

Why Some Christians Favour Jews?

The centuries long Christians’ abomination of Jews, being alleged killer of their God, [Son of God (Jesus Christ) according to Christian theology] and due to their dominant position as controller of economy needs no elaboration. Then what happened suddenly in the 19th century that this hatred (anti-Semitism) got converted to the love for the Jews to get them a home land? The answer is not that simple, it requires deep pondering.

The Jews, though a very small group among the community of nations (Total: 14 millions, 0.2 % of world population) enjoy disproportionate high status due to their stronghold at the international economy, financial system and media, especially of USA and Europe. They have worked hard to remain abreast with the latest knowledge, scientific development and have positively contributed in the scientific discoveries and development of host countries. Their full control over international media which acts as a tool to mould the national and international public opinion in their favour with Impunity. Through superior diplomacy they have been able to create conditions where by the American and Europeans fully support the Israeli cause employing all means including use of force. They are getting lot of support from the infamous The Evangelicals. “Protocols of Elders of Zions” irrespective of its authenticity reflect implementation of their plans.

Fusion of Religion with Politics

This growth in Christian Zionism in recent years forms just one part of the wider increase in the conservative evangelism movement, the sector within fastest-growing Sector within American Christian churches. Donald Wagner estimates that it numbers 100-130 million adherents. The pro portion of Christian Zionists among this figure is harder to assess, but perhaps 20-25% of US evangelicals could be described as sympathetic to the doctrine’s fundamentalist views. At the same time, larger numbers may be inclined to support Israel because of broader dispensationalist sympathies; and the fact that evangelical Christians seem particularly disposed to vote, and to be more likely to support the Republican Party, has allowed them to secure a power even greater than their numbers.

The political consequence is that both Israel and US neo-conservatives have come to benefit from ideological and electoral support from an unexpected and growing source. This has wider strategic implications too: many adherents seriously believe that we may be approaching the end of the world, that salvation can arrive only through a Christian message linked decisively to the success of the state of Israel, and that Islam is necessarily a false faith that must be combated (islamophobia).

The fusion of religion and politics that Christian Zionism represents remains a largely unrecognised force in American politics. Its alliance with neo-conservatism may yet do much to influence the middle east policies of the second administration of the born-again George W Bush and followers like him.

Traditional Catholic thought did not consider Zionism in any form. Christian advocacy of the restoration of the Jews arose following the Protestant Reformation. A con temporary Israeli historian suggests that evangelical Christian Zionists of the 1840s “passed this notion on to Jewish circles”, while Jewish nationalism in the early 19th century was widely regarded with hostility by British Jews.

The Zionist Jews consider Zionist Fundamentalist Christians as useful idiots serving their purpose of colonial Zionist existence in Palestine, while Zionist Fundamentalist Christians consider Jews nothing more than ‘sacrificial lambs’.

The Death Cult?

The Christian Zionists in America are those who deny the name of Jesus Christ in their “absolute and unconditional support” in their belief that the tribe of Judah is God’s chosen people among all humanity.

Christian Zionism is a cult movement in that its absolute and unconditional idolatry of “the Jews” in Israel carries a death penalty for all other humans except the Jews. As a “death cult”, the Christian Zionist movement does not offer an excuse for its racism and discrimination among people of the world as its focus of life is to the Jews only. Thus you will see no protest when Israeli’s openly kill innocent Palestinian Muslims, Palestinian Jews, or Palestinian Christians. The mindset of the American Christian Zionist is focused totally on what it envisions as “the Jews” in Israel, and these as portrayed on United States national TV.

The majority of American Christian Zionists reside in the Southern United States. The majority of these Christian Zionists are at or below poverty level and uneducated in public schools and the higher educational interests of religion. The majority of Christian Zionists are easily led to follow the Judeo religious politics of Jerry Falwell, Pat Robertson and Hal Lindsey. Expecting the world to end at any moment, the American Christian Zionist is ever-ready to cast his Armageddon flag of patriot ism against any who should question his vision of a new world order.

Always at the top of the list as enemies of These “Judeo/ Christians” in their death cult movement are the Arabs and Islamic peoples. These the Christian Zionists have determined not fit enough to share the earth with “the Jews” of the Middle East. One often hears the hatefully prosed remark of “the Palestinians should go live with the Arabs because God gave the land of Israel to the Jews”. Nothing could be farther from the truth but to investigate the truth of tribal possession is flatly snubbed by the Christian Zionists in their zeal to empower the Jews against the Palestinians and Arabs.

In this zeal of patriotism is seen how willingly the Christian Zionists are in their readiness to physically kill Arabs and Muslim people. The Christian Zionists have been taught since birth to hate who the Jews hate and to kill who the Jews want killed. The hatred is deep and out-spoken, especially in some of the “highly empowered” churches in the South. Just the thought of a Muslim coming into the same space of “Southern Pride” sends pockets emptying each and every Sunday morning as heads bob up and down to the tune of “Palestinians, get out, that is not your land, for God gave THAT land to the Jews”. Somehow the idea plays upon the strategy as keeping the Arabs and Muslims out of Israel also keeps them out of the “Right Wing South”.

Many Christian Zionists leaders such as Falwell, Robertson and Lindsey will deny this death cult mentality they have birthed and cherished throughout their careers in their evangelical “on stage” palaces, but in spite of that the evidence is out in the open for anyone with half a brain to see and judge for themselves.

What is the aim of the Christian Zionists? The aim of the Christian Zionists movement is to conform itself to the body of Judaism so much so that the Christian Zionist movement will become a totally acceptable form of Judaism. Within this incorporation of itself into Judaism is the “natural acceptance” of Jesus Christ by the Jews as their savior, Lord and God. The completeness of God is seen in combination the of “Judeo/Christian” although acceptance in recognition of Jesus is no longer the driving force but the “ingredient” that sits on the table as salt to cure the wound. Jesus is there if the Jews want him and there even if they don’t.

This satisfies the desire of the Christian Zionist in his new zeal to “save” the Jews for Christ; for the Christian Zionist today is more concerned with himself being accepted and approved by the hierarchy of Jewish traditionalists as evidenced by and how Christian Zionists envision their “personal” relationship with Ariel Sharon (dead), Netanyahu, and Perez. The Christian Zionist seeks “brother- hood” with these Jewish leaders of Judaism and such a brotherhood is envisioned as a frost highly prized accomplishment “seized” and among the Christian Zionist evangelicals such as Falwell, Lindsey and Robertson. Thus, one hears a consistent worshipful praise to those leaders of Judaism from the Christian Zionists.

Will the Christian Zionists be accepted by the hierarchy of Judaism or will this fanaticism from the Christian Zionists eventually die out from overt hypocrisy? Can a Christian be a Jew or a Jew be a Christian? Why have the Falwell’s, Lindsey’s and Robertson’s held such considerable influence in leading the belief of an apocalyptic doom for mankind?

Until the internet and the ability for Christians to investigate, debate and question biblical things, there was little to no information available to the average person who was interested to learn truth. Today as more people are beginning to question, debate, and discredit the “Armageddon Theologists” in their error of biblical interpretations, where will all this lead? To more imaginations or reality? To a strengthening of ethics. morals, and character of humans or to a downhill despair?

Terrible End of Jews in Theology of Fundamentalist/ Evangelical Christians

Uri Avnery, the leader of Gush Shalom, an Israeli peace group, while discussing the theology of many Fundamentalist and other Evangelical Christians wrote:

“According to its theological beliefs, the Jews must congregate in Palestine and establish a Jewish state on all its territory so as to make the Second Coming of Jesus Christ possible. the evangelists don’t like to dwell openly on what comes next: before the coming [of the Messiah], the Jews must convert to Christianity. Those who don’t will perish in a gigantic holocaust in the battle of Armageddon. This is basically an anti-Semitic teaching.”

This teaching implies that Jew’s prog who remain true to God’s idea covenants in the Hebrew Scriptures o (Old Testament) will be all exterminated in a massive genocide that use may be more numerous than the Of the Nazi Holocaust.

Terrorists: The Concerned Christians

One of the ironic things about and some Christianists is the fact that although they believe that Jews must be converted to Christianity, they con sider themselves staunch supporters of Israel. And some of them believe in violently forcing all Muslims out of Israel. The Concerned Christians, a Christianist doomsday cult that was founded by pastor Monte “Kim” Miller in Denver in the 1980s, alarmed Colorado residents when, in 1998, at least 60 of its members suddenly quit their jobs, abandoned their homes and went missing-and it turned out there was reason for concern. In 1999 Israeli officials arrested 14 members of the Concerned Christians in Jerusalem and deported them from Israel because they suspected them of plotting terrorist attacks against Muslims. One likely target, according to Israeli police, was Jerusalem’s al-Aqsa Mosque the same mosque that was targeted in 1969 (when a Christianist from Australia named Denis Michael Rohan unsuccessfully tried to destroy t by arson) and Israeli police suspect was a likely target in 2014 (when Adam Everett Livix, a Christianist from Texas, was arrested by Israeli police on suspicion of plotting to blow up Muslim holy sites in Jerusalem).

If a Zionist is asked; “Who gave you Palestine?” Without the slightest hesitation they reply ‘GOD!’ That it was God Almighty who had given Palestine to the Jews (They have all programmed themselves with the idea of Genesis 17:8). But the majority of the Israeli Jews are secular, atheists and agnostics, who falsely use God’s name for their usurpation of the land of the Palestinians.

Every member of humanity enjoys freedom of faith and freedom of religion, as long as the religious beliefs of one community do not threaten the freedom It and peace of others. When this at happens it results into conflict, war, human rights violation com promising peace. This is exactly the reason of condemnation of Zionism or anyone else acting in that manner, be it terrorists like Al-Qaida, ISIS, Daesh, Boko Haram or Takfiri Taliban (TTP). All this is terrorism in simple words. The Zionists justify forceful occupation of Palestinian land, their eviction, oppression, apartheid, inhuman behaviour and violence to deny their basic human rights on the pretext of their highly controversial interpretations of biblical texts and prophecies, contradicted by majority Christians and religious Jews. If this analogy is accepted then how can we condemn the Al-Qaida, ISIS, Daesh, Boko Haram, Takfiri Taliban (TTP) and others who also use their controversial interpretations of Islamic holy texts to justify their war and killing of innocent people? Hence use of religion as a tool for political gains and violence must be rejected irrespective of religion, race or country. Since this terror tactics was initiated by Zionists in last century, it will not be wrong if Zionism is called the ‘Mother of Terrorism’.

Prophecies are about the events in future which will unfold as per God’s plan. He is all powerful to execute His Will and plans. He is not dependent upon humans to implement His plans. There is no such commandment in prophesies. Some people try to take over the work of God at their own, which could be against His Will. He is well aware and knowledgeable. The Interpretation of holy texts and prophecies is a human work liable to error, it must not be allowed to override the clear unambiguous commandments for peace, safety and security of other humans.

Psalm 34:14: Turn away from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.

Matthew 5:9: Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called children of God.

Luke 6:35: But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them, expecting nothing in return. Then your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most-High; for He is kind to the ungrateful and wicked.

Psalm 122:6-8 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall pros per that love you …

Hebrews 12:14 Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.

Romans 12:18 If it be possible, as much as lies in you, live peace ably with all men.

Romans 14: 19 So then, let us pursue what leads to peace and to mutual edification.

Donald Trump’s unilateral decision to shift the US embassy to Jerusalem has been opposed at the UN Security Council, vetoed by the US, then the General Assembly rejected it with overwhelming majority vote of 128, but US and Israel do not care for world opinion and continue with their oppressive, raucous Zionist policies and human rights violations.

Humanity has to decide, either we all adhere to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), mutually evolved and agreed by all nations of world with diverse religions, races and cultures or let anyone impose its own religion, culture and values upon others through any means including power.

Universal Declaration of Human Rights(UDHR)

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) is a mile stone document in the history of human rights. Drafted by representatives with different legal and cultural backgrounds from all regions of the world, the Declaration was proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly in Paris on 10 December 1948 (General Assembly resolution 217 A) as a common standard of achievements for all peoples and all nations. It sets out, for the first time, fundamental human rights to be universally protected and it has been translated into over 500 languages.

In the preamble it states; Whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world. Whereas disregard and con tempt for human rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have out raged the conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want has been pro claimed as the highest aspiration of the common people. It is essential, if man is not to be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the rule of law, whereas it is essential to pro mote the development of friendly relations between nations.

The General Assembly pro claimed “THIS UNIVERSAL DEC LARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS” as a common standard of achievement for all peoples and all nations, to the end that every individual and every organ of society, keeping this Declaration constantly in mind, shall strive by teaching and education to pro mote respect for these rights and freedoms and by progressive measures, national and international, to secure their universal and effective recognition and observance, both among the peoples of Member States them selves and among the peoples of territories under their jurisdiction.

Some articles of declaration of human rights are enumerated, readers be the judge of human right violations by the Zionists against Palestinians, (original inhabitants) which are reported in the media almost on a daily basis. The liberal, secular values of the West and USA are cannot be found anywhere and are stress upon others all the time!

Article 1: All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with rea son and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood. [Palestinians are living like slaves in a prison at Gaza, and West bank surrounded by wall in their own land].

Article 2: Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

Article 3: Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of person.

Article 4: No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.

Article 7: All are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law. All are entitled to equal protection against any dis crimination in violation of this Declaration and against any incitement to such discrimination.

Article 8: Everyone has the right to an effective remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights grant ed him by the constitution or by law.

Holy Bible, The Torah, The Holy Qur’ân

Land Claim Proven False through Bible

God said to Abraham:

“The whole land of Canaan, where you now reside as a foreigner, I will give as an everlasting possession to you and your descendants after you; and I will be their God.” (Genesis. 17:8)

The Zionists quote from the Torah he first 5 Books of the Bible are common to both the Jews and Christians), prophecy of what God Almighty had promised to Abraham and his descendants forever.”

However, God gives a test in Torah, with which we can ascertain Whether a prophecy attributed to Him is actually His Word or not. He: says

“And if thou say in thine heart, how shall we know the word which the Lord hath not? spoken When a prophet speaketh in the name of the lord, if the thing follows not, nor come pass, that is the thing the Lord hath not spoken, but the Prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him”. Holy Bible (Deuteronomy 18:21- 22)

Apply it to the prophecy!” The Torah says that on the death of Abraham And his sons Isaac and Ishmael buried him in the Cave. the field which Abraham purchased of the sons of Herb: there was Abraham buried, and Sarah his wife. Holy Bible Genesis 25:9-10)

And further, the Bible testifies about God’s unfulfilled “Promises to the patriarch Abraham and the: elders of Israel in these words:

“These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off.” Holy Bible (Hebrews 11:13)

There cannot be more explicit than these statements from the Holy Writ..

“And God said unto him (Abraham), Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and come into the land which I shah show thee Then came he out of the land of the Chaldeans , and dwelt in Haran; and from there , when his father was dead, he removed him into this land (Palestine) in which ye now. dwell And he (God) gave him (Abraham) no inheritance in it, NO, NOT SO MUCH AS TO SET HIS FOOT UPON; yet he promised that he would give it to him for a possession, and to his seed after him.” Holy Bible (Acts 7:3-5)

God Almighty could never have made such promises, God confirms that if He makes a promise, His promise MUST ‘come to pass’. Deuteronomy 18:22.

The conclusion is that the Jewish title deed to Palestine based on the prophecy of Genesis 17:8 has been invalidated by the test given in the last Will and Testament of Moses Deuteronomy 18:22. However we may continue with the argument to reach the final conclusion.

God’s Land Grant to the Jewish People Conditional or Unconditional?

It is a common belief among American fundamentalist Christians that the covenant by which God gave the land of Palestine to the Jews was an unconditional covenant. If true, this would mean that the Jewish people would retain their divine title deed to Palestine, regardless of whether or not they kept the covenant. Even if they rejected and crucified their Messiah, they would still retain their title to the land. Fundamentalists apply this belief in various ways.

1. Some believe that God will restore Palestine to the Jews in the future, in His own timing and manner, and that no action is required by Christians at this time, to wrest the land from its Palestinian Arab inhabitants and give it to the Jews.

2. Others, who are known as Christian Zionists, believe that it is their duty to help the Jews to get all of their land back now. This results in a vigorous program of political lobbying, designed to shape American foreign policy in the Middle East so that Israel is supported 100% against the Arabs, and so that the Palestinians are suppressed and eventually expelled.

3. Christian Zionists tend to reject any recognition of any human or property rights for the Palestinians, who are branded as “land squatters” and who are expected to leave their homeland without any compensation.

They also tend to support wars and “pre-emptive first strikes” against any Middle East nations that are regarded as a threat to Israeli plans for territorial expansion.

Christian Zionists freely admit that the Jews in Israel today are in a state of unbelief and are not keeping the covenant with God. They say that it does not matter the Jews are still entitled to take the land for them selves, without paying for it – no need to wait for Christ to return or to receive Him as their Messiah.

Christian Zionists tend to make a major issue of the absolute necessity of total Jewish control of Palestine, and they are sometimes abusive toward those who do not see things their way. For instance, Independent Baptist pastor Jim Vineyard of Oklahoma City, at a press conference in Israel held for the purpose of opposing Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, declared, “I normally don’t curse. But all Jews in Israel should tell Bush and his road map to go to hell.”

Christian Zionists claim the support of 70 million Americans for their extremist agenda. However, not all fundamentalists endorse their activist program. For example, Evangelist Robert Sumner, a strong fundamentalist and dispensationalist, has stated, “We think the blessing/curse of Genesis 12:1-3 has never been voided and good Christians today should try to seek to promote the welfare of Jewish people, including praying for the peace of Jerusalem (Psalm 122:6). However, the promises about the land are not valid for today; the Jews are in exile, not in Divine favor. They won’t own the land again until after Christ returns.” (Biblical Evangelist, May June 2005)

Before we can embrace the Christian Zionist ideology and agenda, we ought to examine the Word of God to resolve this all-important question: Was God’s land grant to Israel based on an unconditional covenant, or were the terms of that covenant conditional on Israel’s obedience to the Lord?

Thomas Williamson, a Christian scholar of theology after critically analysing this aspect through the Bible has concluded that God’s land grant to Israel was based on a conditional covenant, on Israel’s obedience to the Lord. He quotes a large number of verses as references from Holy Bible. Genesis 17:8, 14, Exodus 19:5, Numbers 14:30, Deuteronomy 4:25-26,

Deuteronomy 7:12-13, Deuteronomy 11:16-17, Joshua 23:15-16, 1 Kings 9:6-9, 2Chronicles 7:19-22,2 Kings 21:8-9, Ezra 9:12, 14, Nehemiah 1:8-9, Jeremiah 7:3-6, Jeremiah 44:22, Lamentations 1:10, Ezekiel 33:24-26, Matthew 21:43, Deuteronomy 18:15-19, Galatians 4:25-26, Hebrews 11:13-16 [Details later]

Violation of Covenant is breaking the Covenant: “And if you shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhors my judgments, so that you will not do all my commandments, but that you break my covenant:” (Leviticus;26: 15). The Jews violated and broke the covenant, besides non adherence to the law of Torah, they refuse to accept Jesus, the Messiah. Hence, they were deprived from the status and privileges. God as per His promise to Abraham kept His promise within his descendants and transferred this honour to lead the humanity to the descendants of Ishmael, the first-born son of Abraham (Pbuh).

Ishmael The Seed (Descendant) of Abraham

God did make a promise as “I will give unto thee and to thy seed after thee, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession.” If one concedes the point that the prophecy in question was authoritative, then question arises; “Who is the seed (Descendant) of Abraham?” The Jews claim that they are the seed of Abraham. No doubt, Jews are the sons and seed of Abraham, but are they the only seed? At least in twelve places, in the first Book of the Bible, Ishmael (Ishmael) the pro genitor of the Arabs is spoken of as the son and seed of Abraham. Moreover, the Bible also prophecies the change of leadership role from Jews to the other descendants of Abraham, the Arabs, descendants of Ishmael and advent of prophet ……

Jesus through said: “Therefore I say unto you, the kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.” (Matthew;21 :43).

Avraham Burg, former speaker of the Knesset (Israeli Parliament), said: “We’re not the Chosen People just by virtue of our forefathers; Leviticus warns the land will vomit us out, too, if we continue to be stiff necked and evil. There is no eternal guarantee to this holy land. Our presence in the land is neither eternal nor automatic. Rather, our presence in the land is intimately. connected with our moral behavior (our treatment of the stranger, widow 3 and orphan) as a nation. If we act wickedly towards the stranger; turn our heads from the poverty of the orphan, and stuff our ears to the cries of the widow, then the land will vomit us out just as it had done to so many nations before us. When life is not lived morally, there’s no difference between Jews and Amorites, between Israelites and Canaanites, Romans or Crusaders.”

Christian scholar of theology Thomas Williamson recommends

1. Since the land promise to the Jews was conditional upon – their obedience, and they completely failed to obey God or keep the covenant with God, therefore there is no duty upon Christians to help modern-day Jews to take Palestine away from the Arabs, nor to prevent them from giving-back to the Arabs land that the have already occupied.

2. The Christians should not sup port any action to dispossess an lawful owner of land in Palestine whether Jew or Arab, who has paid for his land, they should respect all lawful property rights of the Palestinians and Jews, just one would respect the rights of property owners anywhere else in the world.

3. Christian Zionism, as a result of its rejection of Bible truth with regard to the conditional nature of God’s covenant with Israel, has veered into serious theological error and has become an embarrassment to evangelical Christianity.

4. Christian Zionists preach and practice racial bigotry toward Palestinians and other peoples of middle Eastern ancestry. They teach that it is right for Israeli settlers to steal from the Arabs and that it is the duty of Christians to help them steal.

5. They (Zionists) heap curses on any American Presidents (Donald Trump, exception) and Israeli Prime ministers who try to find a peaceful solution to the Israeli-Palestinian dispute. They oppose all peace plans for Israel, because their bloodthirsty, fanciful “end of days” scenario requires that two-thirds of all the Jews in the world be slaughtered in a final Battle of Armageddon. For these reasons, Christian Zionism has always been rejected and repudiated by intelligent, right-thinking Christians and Jews.

Illation

In this era of freedom and liberty, every member of humanity enjoys freedom of faith and freedom of religion, as long as the religious beliefs of one community do not threaten freedom and peace of others. when this freedom is not respected, it results into conflict, war, human rights violation compromising peace. This is exactly the reason of condemnation of Zionism or any other similar concept, be it terrorists like Al-Qaida, ISIS, Daesh, Boko Haram or Takfiri Taliban (TTP). Enforcing your beliefs upon others by force is terrorism in simple words. The Zionists justify forceful occupation of Palestine, eviction, oppression, apartheid, inhuman behaviour and violence to deny their basic human rights on the pretext of their highly controversial interpretations of biblical texts and prophecies, even rejected by majority Christians and religious Jews. If the Zionist analogy is accepted then how can we condemn the Al-Qaida, ISIS, Daesh, Boko Haram, Takfiri Taliban (TTP), Buddhists of Burma, RSS, the Indian Hindu extremists and, many others who also use their controversial interpretations of Islamic holy texts to justify their war and killing of innocent people? Hence use of religion as tool for political gains and violence must be rejected irrespective of religion, race or country. Since this terror tactics has been initiated by Zionists in last century, it is not wrong if Zionism is called the mother of terrorism, the other groups are in reaction to Zionism directly or indirectly.

Prophecies are about the events in future which will unfold as per God’s plan. He is all powerful to execute His Will and plans. He is not dependent upon humans to implement His plans. There no such commandment in the prophecies. Some people try to take over the work of God at their own, which could be against His Will. He is well aware and knowledgeable. Donald Trump’s unilateral decision to shift US embassy to Jerusalem has been opposed at UN security council, vetoed by US, then General Assembly rejected it with overwhelming majority vote of 128, but US and Israel don’t care for world opinion and continue with their oppressive, racious Zionist policies and human rights violations.

Humanity has to decide, either we all adhere to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), mutually evolved and agreed by all nations of world with diverse religions, races and cultures or let anyone impose its own religion, culture and values upon others through any means including power? Should the world community allow colonization, oppression, eviction of Palestinians, Kashmiris, Rohingya’s and others from their lands or stop all this to achieve world peace.

Zionist is rejected by majority Christians and religious Jews. Only the secular/atheist Jews and a group of politically powerful fundamentalist Christians, support Zionism both due to different reasons. This will be explained in next issue………
